Must have Strong Experience in Program management or Project Management

Must have Experience in managing transition/ Projects in Banking processes

Monitor project deliverables

Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Education Guidelines (Typical):

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Purpose of the Role:

Sr. Transition Manager (SDM) leads medium-touch transitions independently while supporting the RFP creation, ensuring the adherence to the plan and post contractual due diligence for a set of applications in a large account or a smaller single account with the objective of managing new Service transitions to company from clients or existing vendors by adhering to the transition process and framework laid out.
