Job Description:
Must - Have
- Create and run a detailed Transition Plan (workstreams, milestones, RACI, entry/exit criteria, acceptance gates).
- Knowledge Acquisition/Knowledge Transfer leadership (KT plan, session governance, MoM discipline, documentation analysis, shadow & reverse shadow).
- SAP cutover + go‑live readiness (Deploy → Hypercare → Run)
- ITIL/ITSM discipline
- SAP engagement fundamentals (enough depth to lead transitions)
- Stakeholder, vendor & communication leadership
- Resourcing & onboarding execution
Good to Have:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Software Engineering Background
- Hands-on experience with Large project management
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind and great business sense
