We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Transition Analyst. Reporting to the Project Manger Affiliate Excellence, this is a 10 month contract position is based in Mumbai, India and offers an international scope.

Purpose of Role

This role contributes to the execution of client services transition across multiple LATAM countries, from engaged Affiliates/Third Parties to Vistra owned businesses.

As the Transition Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring client services are successfully migrated in full to new or existing offices.

This includes:

  • Data Gathering & Handover Collecting client and service data for smooth transfer
  • Contracting Facilitating the preparation and updating of SOWs, legal artifacts and affiliate agreements
  • Legal Representation Supporting the reissuing Client Powers of Attorney (POA) where required
  • Registration & Regulatory Supporting the reissuing registering Client and provider details with local authorities
  • Finance, Payroll & Banking Supporting the shifting of services, data, and systems from third parties to Vistra entities
  • HyperCare Monitoring performance and stabilisation of services post-transition
  • Stakeholder management: Works closely with cross-functional teams (internally and externally)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in planning and executing affiliate client services transitions across LATAM region
  • Collaborate with Affiliates and Internal Teams (Commercial, Compliance, Operations, and local teams) to build a comprehensive inventory of current and target state data and client information for each transition
  • Identify opportunities to simplify migration process and drive efficiency into the services transitioning.
  • Ensure local and global regulatory requirements are understood, documented and provided for as part of transition planning and execution.
  • Identify and facilitate quick win initiatives to realize benefits early in the transition process
  • Partner closely with client and operational owners and key stakeholders in each country to ensure risks are managed and migrations are successful.
  • Identify issues/risks and participate in problem resolution throughout the transition lifecycle
  • Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and is adapted for local requirements and needs
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource plans for multi-country transitions
  • Conduct project meetings, produce outputs, and manage project execution proactively
  • Ensure adherence to process frameworks, governance, and project management standards
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Attributes/Technical Skills

  • 2-5 years experience in project management, business analysis, or transition management, ideally in client services or operations
  • Experience with multi-country transitions or projects, preferably in LATAM
  • Experience in Procurement, third party supplier/vendor management roles desired
  • Experience in professional service industry desired
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across countries and functions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and oral (English proficiency required, Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency desired)

Education and Professional Qualification

  • Degree, Diploma or Certification in Project Management or Business Analytics
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt- Desired
