Job Description
- Drive finance transformation initiatives through digitization, automation, process standardization, and adoption of modern finance practices.
- Lead SAP Finance (FICO/S4HANA) processes, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and driving continuous process improvements.
- Design and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, scenario planning, and performance management.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through advanced reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and finance process automation.
- Collaborate with finance leadership, business stakeholders, SAP teams, and implementation partners to drive change management and successful solution adoption.
The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 10-15 years of experience in Finance Transformation, SAP Finance Consulting, Enterprise Planning, or related domains.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA Finance with proven experience in finance process transformation.
- Mandatory end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, including design, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, profitability analysis, and financial performance management.
- MBA, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred; experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or Agrochemical industries is an added advantage.
