The Transformation lead acts as the central point of contact for PCMu00A0efforts.u00A0He / Sheu00A0worksu00A0across Business/Regions/Functionsu00A0to ensure alignment, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered successfully and sustainably.u00A0
Here are some of the key responsibilities:u00A0
Strategy & Planningu00A0
Align transformation goals with PCMu2019s strategic priorities u00A0
Define the catalog transformation roadmap.u00A0
Assessu00A0current state and identify improvement opportunitiesu00A0
Develop business case,u00A0benefits and secure Finance and other required approvals thereby taking ownership of the project charteru00A0
Program/Project Managementu00A0
Provide detailed requirements (functionally architect the solution) in liaison with Catalog Subject Matter Experts, IT/Technical Architect and/ Business/Markets/Regionsu00A0
Oversee execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and budget controlu00A0
Develop & manage detailed project plans including charter, scope, timelines and acceptance criteriau00A0
Driveu00A0the adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivityu00A0
Change Managementu00A0
Design & implement changeu00A0management strategies to drive adoptionu00A0
Worku00A0closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation ofu00A0Catalogu00A0transformation initiativesu00A0
Identify and mitigate resistance to changeu00A0
Ensure training, transition and support mechanisms are in placeu00A0
Performance Monitoring & Reportingu00A0
Define KPIs to measure success of transformation initiativesu00A0
Track and report progress, risks and issues to GDMA leadership teamu00A0
Create transformation pipeline and update CIN/similar tool to reflect accurateu00A0funnelu00A0
Work with Finance controller to secure approvals in CIN/similar toolsu00A0
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learnt.u00A0
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams. It's a challenging but rewarding position that can significantly impact the organization's success.u00A0
Education & Training:
Bacheloru2019s degree with relevant domain experience or MBA or related fields
Experience & Background:
5+ years experience with product master data and/or CPQ tools such as CONGA (APTTUS), SAP, CONFIGIT
Transformational experience in international, multi applications eco system with cutting edge technologies and AI.
5+ years experience to develop and implement algorithms, python.
Strong communicative skills,
Analytical with strong conceptualization skills
Philips experience is a plus
Overall Experience: 10-12 years Bachelors B.Tech must, masters preferred

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
