Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and business innovation
• Lead and manage multiple transformation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to build alignment, secure buy-in, and define transformation outcomes
• Design and implement change management strategies to drive employee adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures
• Define KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and measure the impact of transformation initiatives
• Provide regular status updates and performance reports to senior management
• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and feedback across the organization
• Identify transformation-related risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
