LSS (Large Scale Strategic Program) is part of the Payment Operations organization driving the transformation and change programs and platforms. We are looking for candidates who has leadership, interpersonal, Business Analysis skills with an ability to drive projects in close partnership with Operations, Product and Technology partners. The team has its presence across the Globe and is spearheading the strategic Payment initiatives comprising of platform consolidation and new product build out.
As a Business Analyst within the Transformation & Change Programs / Platforms team, you will spend each day delivering strategic initiatives under tight timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job responsibilities
- Define business requirements for global and domestic payments products
- Document end-to-end process flows across customer, operations, and system interactions
- Capture functional and non-functional requirements across product, operations, compliance, UI, reporting, resiliency, and scalability
- Perform impact analysis to identify required business and operational changes
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to implementation
- Review and validate target-state documentation to ensure alignment with requirements
- Track program progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution with stakeholders
- Anticipate internal and external factors impacting payments strategy and define mitigation plans
- Analyze defects to identify root causes, trends, and operational impact
- Prioritize issues based on severity, client impact, regulatory risk, and timelines
- Evaluate solution options and recommend scalable, sustainable approaches
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 10+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services
- Strong Payments domain knowledge with experience in large transformation programs
- Demonstrated Business Analysis expertise across complex initiatives
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management skills.
- Experience creating and presenting executive-level content
- Proven ability to work in matrix organizations and high-performance teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strategic mindset with ability to define and execute target operating models
- Strong collaboration skills across Operations, Product, and Technology teams
