Role - Manager- Transfer Pricing

Job Description

A. Essentials

1. Proficient in Transfer pricing regulations (including OECD guidelines), documentation, 

benchmarking, TP Study & reports, TP related litigations, etc.

2. Well versed in international taxation matters especially tax planning and structuring for 

new entrants, cross border transactions, DTAA,

3. Good Experience in handling tax assessments, litigations, appeals & Advisory. 

4. Supervising several concurrent engagements; overseeing and reviewing staff works.

B. Job Role:

1. Assist with various projects related to international operations (e.g., transfer pricing, tax 

planning, tax incentives, foreign tax credit review)

2. Advise on taxation and TP perspectives on cross border transactions and structuring 

thereof to ensure TP compliance for related jurisdictions.

3. Transfer pricing- oversee process, ensure preparation and maintenance of 

documentation.

4. Hands on in Bench marking studies and reporting, FAR/ Economic analysis. using 

Prowess, Capitaline softwares.

5. Preparing technical submissions for assessments & appellate level; drafting replies to 

tax authorities on queries/ notices and ensure timely submission of information.

6. Representing the client's case before the Tax Department.

7. Assist in building and maintaining a robust litigation management system to ensure 

repository of all litigation related materials and opinions.

8. Coordinating the flow of tax information to external auditors.

9. Preparation of data/ information for submission with various tax authorities

Requirements:

• In-depth experience in Direct Tax, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Tax litigation. 

• Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.

• You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail 

• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build 

relationships with different stakeholders 

• Excellent Drafting Skill
