Role: Transfer Pricing - Manager
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience: 5-8 Years Post Qualification
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Transfer Pricing engagements, including planning, execution and delivery for domestic and international clients.
- Prepare and review TP documentation and benchmarking studies, including economic analysis and comparable company searches.
- Advise clients on Transfer Pricing matters, including inter-company transactions, TP planning and compliance with Indian TP regulations.
- Handle TP assessments, audits and litigation support, including responses to notices and coordination with tax authorities.
- Lead and review team deliverables, manage client relationships, ensure timely delivery and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–7 years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience.
- Strong understanding of Indian Transfer Pricing regulations and methodologies.
- Prior experience with a Big 4 / leading tax consulting firm will be preferred.
