Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Related Party Transactions data with the Finance team for Financial Accounts and TP reports;
- Monitoring, preparing, reviewing and filing the Related Party Transactions disclosure forms for tax purposes and supporting the related party disclosures for the Financial Statements where needed;
- Preparing/Reviewing local country TP reports as per local guidelines and rules, including liaising with tax advisors;
- Preparing / reviewing the TP Masterfile, TP Policy and other required documents for TP Compliance and filing;
- Preparation of the CbC Report including adjustments in line with the OECD and local country regulations as required;
- Filing of the CbC Report in the UPE country as well as secondary filing, if required;
- Perform risk review of the CbCR;
- Filing of CbCR Notifications across all jurisdictions;
- Maintaining status reports for:
- TP reports preparation progress;
- CbCR notification deadlines and filing
- Maintain and update TP annual compliance calendar;
- Preparing responses to Tax Audit queries and liaising with Tax Advisors;
- Review of BEPS projects;
- Review of existing TP model and recommending improvements;
- Assist with preparation and review of all Inter-company agreements from a TP perspective;
- Advise on group structures and inter-company re-organizations and any other tax projects as required from time to time to meet business needs;
- Must have good understanding of DTAA and WHT implications ;
- Build good relations with advisors, in-house Legal, Finance and business teams across the network.
