Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe audio recordings, statements, and notes.
• Proofread and format documents as per company standards.
• Ensure correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and terminology.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Upload and manage documents in electronic systems.
• Meet defined quality and productivity targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Transcription diploma/certification is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant transcription experience.
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Excellent English, listening, and proofreading skills.
• P&C Insurance knowledge is an added advantage, not mandatory.
