Job Title: Transaction Service Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Shift Timing: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Experience Required: 35 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Process manual bookings for Stocks, Bonds, IPOs, and Ad-hoc margin lending activities.
- Monitor and resolve trade exceptions, suspense accounts, and error reports in a timely manner.
- Execute daily operational tasks including run sheets, morning reports, and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Liaise effectively with Offshore Financial Advisers, Operations, and Risk teams when required.
- Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and external vendor platforms (IRESS, OMGEO, CTM).
- Handle Corporate Action Reporting and Monthly Processing for Financial Advisor Fees.
- Uphold compliance with internal controls, standard procedures, and escalation protocols.
Key Competencies / Skills:
- Proven experience in trade processing, trade settlement, and trade confirmation is mandatory.
- Sound analytical skills to identify and resolve booking and reconciliation errors.
- Prior experience in Wealth Management Operations, Corporate Actions, or Trade Support is advantageous.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks during high-volume periods such as month-end and trade cut-offs.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to financial operations.
