Role Overview
This senior analystlevel role involves processing investment banking transactions and ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant execution. The Transaction Management Analyst will work closely with traders, sales teams, counterparties, and global operations teams to maintain a seamless transaction process and support risk mitigation and control measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process investment banking transactions including confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and investigations
- Handle transactions for products such as over-the-counter derivatives, FX, and securities
- Ensure prompt response to communications, accounting for global time-zone differences
- Meet daily processing targets in line with established guidelines and procedures
- Escalate any deviations or issues from existing procedures promptly
- Support a control-focused environment to reduce risk to the bank and maintain compliance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction workflows
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in liaising with stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person
- Previous experience in investment banking operations or transaction management
- Graduate-level academic qualifications or an MBA
- Good understanding of industry practices, processes, and products
