Job Title: Transaction Banking America's -Java Developer
Experience: 5-13 Years
Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Design and deliver full-stack solutions leveraging Java, React/Angular, and RESTful APIs.
  • Manage and support cloud infrastructure and application deployments on AWS and OpenShift.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and timely delivery.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (good to have).
  • Coordinate and manage batch processing workflows using Spring Batch and Autosys (good to have).
  • Mentor junior developers while enforcing coding standards and best practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across services.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and Java 11/17+.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud-native development using AWS and OpenShift.
  • Exposure to Spring Batch, Autosys, Docker, and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
