Job Description

We are looking for a Transaction Services Associate to join the team. The role involves supporting financial due diligence engagements for buyers and sellers across middle-market companies in various industries. Key work includes assessing recurring earnings, analyzing revenue and cost drivers, and identifying balance sheet risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Seniors, Managers, and Partners in conducting financial due diligence engagements
  • Perform analytical review of financial data and identify key trends and insights
  • Prepare databooks and support data management activities
  • Draft due diligence reports for internal review
  • Analyze revenue, cost drivers, and working capital components
  • Identify financial risks and potential deal issues
  • Conduct research on accounting and transaction-related matters
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/ACA preferred
  • 13 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence / Assurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
