Transaction Advisory (M&A) Manager

Job Title: GN Transaction Advisory (M&A/PE) – Strategy Manager (Post-deal M&A exp. mandatory)

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai

Experience: 6+ years (post-MBA) Full-time | Qualification: Upto Tier-1.5 MBA

Role:

Lead M&A/Private Equity engagements across full deal lifecycle—pre-deal, execution, and post-deal value creation. Drive strategic advisory for PE and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target screening, due diligence & PMI
• Lead consulting projects across deal lifecycle
• Portfolio value creation & growth strategy
• Client management & proposal development

Requirements:

• Strong M&A/PE experience (end-to-end deal lifecycle)
• Experience with PE/Consulting firms
• Expertise in due diligence, integration & value creation
