- Execute buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements across multiple industries
- Prepare detailed Excel databooks, including trial balance-level financials and supplementary financial and operational analyses
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify key value drivers, trends, and performance insights
- Develop structured management meeting agendas to support effective stakeholder discussions
- Actively participate in due diligence meetings, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the preparation of tailored due diligence reports, covering:
Normalized earnings analysis
Assessment of management's budget achievability
Debt and indebtedness considerations
Working capital analysis
- Provide analytical and execution support to Vice Presidents and Managing Directors throughout the transaction lifecycle
