Role Overview:The Training Lead is responsible for end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives across multiple locations while being based out of Sarita Vihar, Delhi. This role plays a strategic and hands-on part in managing regional trainers, planning and executing training programs, and aligning learning goals with business objectives especially with a strong focus on Sales Training.
Key Responsibilities:Team Management & Coordination- Manage and mentor a team of trainers across various regional locations.
- Ensure consistent delivery of training programs aligned with organizational standards.
New Hire Training (NHT)- Plan and execute New Hire Training (NHT) batches in collaboration with HR and business teams.
- Track NHT progress and ensure successful onboarding and readiness of new associates.
Ongoing Training for Existing Employees- Design and implement ongoing upskilling sessions for current employees in the region.
- Conduct regular sales-focused sessions to support associates in achieving sales targets within 090 days.
Sales Enablement & Performance Focus- Drive associate performance by linking training to key sales metrics.
- Analyze sales performance data to design targeted interventions and refreshers.
Content Development & Curriculum Design- Develop training content tailored for telesales, retail, and customer service functions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update materials based on business evolution.
Data Analysis & Reporting- Track training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present insights and recommendations through regular reports to business and HR leadership.
Leadership & Behavioral Training- Conduct sessions on leadership, behavioral skills, and soft skills as needed.
- Support career progression programs and succession planning through development initiatives.
Organizational Culture & Compliance- Drive cultural initiatives such as POSH, Code of Conduct (CoC), GPTW, and other pan-India campaigns.
- Promote inclusive and ethical workplace practices through training and awareness programs.
Training Delivery- Personally conduct training sessions as required, including train-the-trainer workshops.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery to maintain training quality.
Skills & Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Training/HR certifications preferred)
- Experience: 46 years in sales training (preferably in telesales, retail, and customer service environments)
- Strong leadership, multi-tasking, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in content development, data analytics, and virtual/in-person facilitation
- Experience with sales-focused KPIs, learning calendars, and L&D strategy
