RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct online & offline training for dealers and customers.
• Train users on CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Develop manuals, SOPs, and training presentations.
• Provide post-training support and resolve product queries.
• Deliver product demos and platform walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Track training completion and adoption metrics.
• Improve training experience based on feedback.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for technology.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
