Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group training sessions.
- Develop training materials and resources.
- Monitor progress and adjust training methods as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Provide training on Amadeus / Sabre GDS to new and existing staff.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Graduation (Any Discipline)
- Travel & Hospitality trained /certification, Airlines Experience preferred
Required Skills
- GDS Knowledge Must
- Proficiency in Amadeus / Sabre GDS
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to analyze and improve travel processes.
