Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group training sessions.
  • Develop training materials and resources.
  • Monitor progress and adjust training methods as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Provide training on Amadeus / Sabre GDS to new and existing staff.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Graduation (Any Discipline)
  • Travel & Hospitality trained /certification, Airlines Experience preferred

Required Skills

  • GDS Knowledge Must
  • Proficiency in Amadeus / Sabre GDS
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Ability to analyze and improve travel processes.
