About the Role
We're not hiring a traditional Training Specialist. No classrooms. No slide decks. No measuring success by hours delivered.
This role is about building systems that reduce the need for training itself. We're a tech-first BPO with an AI-assisted training setup already live — now we need someone to own, scale, and improve it.
What You'll Do
• Turn SOPs into playbooks, workflows, and decision trees agents actually use
• Build AI-led training tools — chatbots, simulations, guided prompts
• Create performance-based assessments tied to real outcomes
• Solve skill gaps at a system level in collaboration with Ops
• Track metrics that matter: time to productivity, error rates, and self-serve rate
• Conduct training needs analyses and align programs with business goals
• Maintain high standards of customer service quality across AI-driven BPO operations

• You've built training systems — not sessions, not programs
• You think in workflows and decision trees, not slides
• You reach for AI or a tool before you open a slide template
• You measure impact by time-to-productivity and error rates
• You diagnose why a skill gap exists before solving it
Not a fit if...
• Your primary deliverable is a PPT deck and a recording
• You measure L&D success by volume of training delivered
• You add content layers when the system needs to be fixed
• You need a classroom to drive learning outcomes
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with teams and clients
• Proficiency in Training & Development — designing and facilitating impactful learning experiences
• Expertise in Instructional Design to develop comprehensive, engaging training materials
• Ability to analyze training needs and implement feedback to optimize learning outcomes
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LMS platforms, or workflow automation is a strong plus
• Relevant experience in a BPO, customer service, or tech-driven environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
