We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to promote and sell BSCIC's training programs, workshops, and capacity-building solutions. The ideal candidate should have 13 years of field sales experience, strong local market knowledge, and an interest in building a career in the Training & Certification industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell open and in-house training programs to corporates, institutions, and professionals.
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and references.
- Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed enrollments and corporate batches.
- Conduct meetings with HR, Admin, Compliance, and Training teams to understand training needs.
- Present BSCIC's training portfolio and explain program benefits effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries and proposals to close sales.
- Support seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate reporting of client visits, leads, and sales pipeline.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 13 years of B2B field sales experience.
- Experience in training, education, certification, or service sales preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
- Must own a personal vehicle and willing to travel for client meetings.
