Job Title: Training Sales Executive (ID1588)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm
Salary: $3000-$3500
Job Description:
Business Development
. Develop and grow business opportunities in Southeast Asia markets.
. Engage with companies and local partners to promote training programs, including SSG WSQ-certified courses.
. Identify customer needs and propose suitable learning and upskilling solutions, including government- funded WSQ training pathways.
. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and training partners.
. Prepare training proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Sales & Marketing Roles
. Conduct regular visits to corporate clients and training partners to strengthen relationships
. Deliver a corporate presentation about the training centre's offering, including SSG WSQ courses and funding support schemes.
. Promote key programs relevant to each client's industry
. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and course enrolment.
. Create marketing content tailored to regional audiences, including email, promotional materials, and website content.
Social Media Management
. Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to promote courses, events, and success stories.
