About Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead, manage, and optimize our academic and training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program execution, coordination with trainers and internal teams, learner success, and continuous improvement of program quality and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage EdTech training programs from initiation to completion
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with industry standards
- Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, sales, marketing, and operations
- Monitor program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Track learner performance, engagement, and completion metrics
- Ensure high-quality delivery of training programs (online and offline)
- Handle student escalations, feedback, and satisfaction initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and outcomes
- Prepare and present program performance reports to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Education, Life Sciences, IT, or a related field
- 36 years of experience in program management, preferably in EdTech, Training, or Education sectors
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare or IT training programs
- Exposure to Medical Coding, Clinical Research, or IT-related courses
- Understanding of learner lifecycle management
- Familiarity with CRM and student management systems
