Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located at the Manipal University Jaipur campus, for the role of Training Placement Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing campus placement activities, coordinating with companies for recruitment processes, and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters. The role involves providing students with career guidance, soft skills training, and necessary resources to enhance employability, as well as facilitating workshops and training sessions to prepare students for job placements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Campus Placement coordination and College Recruiting
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in providing Soft Skills training and career readiness programs
- Knowledge of Training methodologies and student engagement
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partners
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; experience in education management is a plus
