•Coordinate training delivery, assessments, projects, certifications, and graduation activities.

•Track learner attendance, progress, engagement, and program outcomes.

•Partner with Students, Trainers Academy, IT Team, Technical Team, and CRM stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.

•Maintain SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and operational workflows.

•Work with AI tools for processes, insights, and improving operational efficiency.

•Support reporting, learner communications, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
