Job Title:- Aptitude Trainer
Job Purpose: -
To deliver specialized training in Aptitude skills, preparing students for the Aptitude sections of employment and higher studies tests, such as CAT, GMAT, GRE, and other competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement a curriculum focused on quantitative aptitude required for competitive exams.
- Instructional Excellence: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions to enhance students Aptitude skills.
- Student Support: Provide guidance and mentorship, addressing individual learning needs for exam preparation.
- Assessment and Feedback: Develop practice tests, assess student performance, and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
- Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of exam patterns and trends, integrating these insights into teaching methods and materials.
Qualifications: -
- Master's or higher degree in a Aptitude field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.).
- Prior experience in training for competitive exams Aptitude sections.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong grasp of Aptitude concepts and test-preparation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex Aptitude concepts.
