Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute vocational training programs to build a skilled manpower pool aligned with MSIL business needs
- Monitor and ensure student enrollments meet annual intake targets
- Coordinate with training partners, third-party vendors, and government bodies for smooth program execution
- Manage training sessions, ensuring efficient utilization of trainers and resources across classroom and on-the-job training (OJT)
- Track and improve trainee performance during OJT, addressing any learning gaps
- Ensure program compliance and audits at factory locations
- Liaise with MSIL management and union representatives to address shop floor concerns and ensure cooperation
- Design and implement grievance redressal mechanisms for trainees
- Create and maintain MIS reports and department dashboards for performance monitoring
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identifying gaps and taking corrective actions
- Manage budgeting, legal compliance, and documentation for training-related activities
