Must Have's :
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field
3-5 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer, communications trainer, or in L&D roles
Experience in customer service, healthcare, or industries preferred
Background in training customer-facing teams and business development professionals
Your Day :
Design and implement comprehensive communication training programs tailored for CX agents and business development professionals
Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions focused on veterinary communication nuances
Create engaging training materials including videos, presentations, and assessment tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
Project management skills for managing multiple training initiative Data analysis skills for interpreting training metrics and ROI
