Job Description

Location: Remote (Mumbai/Pune Based)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the training team and ensure trainers follow training
  • schedules and processes.
  • Prepare and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars and training
  • rosters.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps across departments.
  • Design and develop training programs on soft skills, communication, and
  • wellness coaching.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and
  • performance tracking.
  • Manage training content, LMS modules, assessments, and learning materials.
  • Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and training databases.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, and department heads for training initiatives.
  • Manage external training vendors and training partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Training & Development.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of team handling or managerial experience.
  • Experience in both conducting training and managing trainers.
  • Strong knowledge of training processes, tracking, and compliance.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in training effectiveness measurement and reporting.
  • Passion for learning, employee development, and people growth.
