Location: Remote (Mumbai/Pune Based)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the training team and ensure trainers follow training
- schedules and processes.
- Prepare and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars and training
- rosters.
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps across departments.
- Design and develop training programs on soft skills, communication, and
- wellness coaching.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and
- performance tracking.
- Manage training content, LMS modules, assessments, and learning materials.
- Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and training databases.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and department heads for training initiatives.
- Manage external training vendors and training partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Training & Development.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team handling or managerial experience.
- Experience in both conducting training and managing trainers.
- Strong knowledge of training processes, tracking, and compliance.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in training effectiveness measurement and reporting.
