Roles and Responsibilitie

  • s:Develop and maintain a training schedu
  • leIdentifying training needs & designing and implementing training programm
  • esEvaluating sales staff and identifying areas for improveme
  • ntImplementing the best practices across stores to uplift store experien
  • ceDeveloping a grading and testing structure to assess all store tea
  • msCreating Training Manuals which are focused and clear on topics within the brand. These can include videos and presentatio
  • nsDeliver training sessions in person one on one, or in groups in store or online for outstation stor
  • esAssess business goals and develop training material that ali
  • gnWork closely with store teams to identify areas they need training in and develop material for it. Use the help of store KPI's to further analyse areas of improveme

s.Experience Required

  • : Over 5 years of experience in retail traini
