Key responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end training programs for financial operations teams covering asset classes such as Equity, Fixed Income, and Swaps.
Develop engaging, structured training content tailored to varied learning styles and business needs.
Facilitate high-impact training sessions focused on knowledge transfer, process understanding, and skill enhancement.
Quickly learn new systems, workflows, and processes, and translate them into effective training modules.
Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics and continuously improve content and delivery.

Role requirements

6-8 years of experience in financial operations within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of asset classes including equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives (Swaps).
Proven experience in creating and delivering impactful training programs and content.
Ability to rapidly grasp new systems / processes and convert them into structured learning material.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a high level of adaptability.
