Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, and evaluating training outcomes. The role includes coordinating with various departments, developing training materials, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The Training Manager will also provide ongoing support to employees and assist in the professional development of staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to determine and measure training outcomes
- Ability to develop and coordinate training materials and maintain alignment with company objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various departments
- Ability to support and assist in the professional development of employees
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
