Role Overview:
As a Learning Experience Manager at TaskUs, you will be the Training Master, working in close partnership with the Operations teams. Your mission To lead and elevate the design, development, and deployment of high-impact learning programs focused on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and campaign-specific training needs.
This is a critical role requiring strategic thinking, people leadership, and hands-on execution, all while driving alignment between training outcomes and operational goals across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Learning Design & Execution
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning programs tailored to campaign-specific requirements, particularly in AML and compliance training.
- Ensure all training initiatives are aligned with TaskUs business objectives and client expectations.
Program Ownership & Deployment
- Manage and implement site-wide training initiatives for Team Leaders and Teammates across functions.
- Create and maintain learning materials, technical curriculum, and certification programs that are engaging and relevant.
Campaign-Specific Leadership
- Serve as the in-house learning expert for campaign-based and AML content.
- Identify unique training requirements and customize learning journeys based on department or client needs.
People & Performance Management
- Mentor, guide, and oversee a team of trainers, ensuring consistency, quality, and development within the L&D team.
- Design and implement training calendars, quarterly goals, and evaluation metrics.
Process & Standards Management
- Develop testing tools, assessment methods, and feedback mechanisms to monitor training effectiveness.
- Partner with Ops Directors and global counterparts to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a managerial or supervisory role within L&D, preferably in a BPO or compliance-heavy environment (AML/Finance/KYC/Customer Experience).
- Strong knowledge of training development methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly independent and self-driven, with the ability to manage projects to completion.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to tailor learning materials for various audiences and technical levels.
