Job Description

Role Objective

Enable role readiness, performance improvement, and continuous learning across TripJack's teams through structured onboarding, capability building, and measurable learning interventions & driving tangible growth in GMV, productivity, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure role readiness within 15 days of joining through certification and customized induction programs.

Coach new joiners on-field to translate learning into measurable performance outcomes (GMV & KPIs).

Design and implement end-to-end learning journeys for sales,&(or) operations, & (or) support teams & (or) agents

Develop and deliver impactful product, functional, and service excellence training content.

Liaise with key stakeholders (Sales, Ops, HR, and external partners) to drive strategic learning initiatives.

Publish and track learning dashboards showcasing coverage, impact, and ROI.

Conduct field and agent interventions to assess needs, build capability, and drive platform adoption.

Key Skills & Attributes

5-8 years of experience in Sales Capability / L&D (Travel, Hospitality, FMCG, or related industries).

Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in content design, learning analytics,(LMS) and program delivery.

Business acumen with focus on measurable impact and performance linkage.

Willingness to travel extensively for on-field coaching and learning interventions.
