Roles and Responsibility:
- Ensure all training goals and objectives are met at an account level.
- Manage New Hire Training plan batches proactively
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Work closely with the client / internal stakeholder SPOC to keep abreast of new priorities and manage existing priorities
- Participate and represent training in various client /internal stakeholder driven calls and initiatives T3s, CRM updates, Change sheets
- Trainer Development and guidance
- Create, maintain, and report details of all work done in a timely manner to various stakeholders as per the agreed timelines.
- Drive centrally led L&D initiatives in line with the Organization's requirements
Training Governance
- Manage and allocate resources as per business needs; ensure that the SOW terms are always met.
- Assess training effectiveness periodically and as needed
- Review and Assess Training SOPs to be in line with the changes timely
- Ensure compliance and execution of all training practices as defined for the business. Can design and deploy a new training framework if needed.
- Assess and report on learning service performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders on the agreed goals.
- Evaluate trainer competence and review monthly performance with fortnightly 1x1s
- Publish EWS timely
- Monthly training performance for WBR, MBR and QBRs
Learning Integration
- Create and implement learning service integration and transition plans, ensuring that all necessary activities are performed timely and effectively
- Manage and coordinate the integration and transition of learning services, collaborate with customers to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure that the organization's learning management system is configured to support the integration and transition of learning services.
- Facilitate learning service reviews and improvement initiatives, collaborating with learning service providers and customers to identify areas for improvement.
Essential skills
- Must have Digital Marketing/Content Moderation Training domain experience of at least 3 years.
- People leadership experience of 7+ years.
- Must have led a team of managers for at least 3+ years.
- Must have Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
- A proven track record of training program development, evaluation and management.
- Excellent leadership skills
Good to have
- Understanding of the Advertising, Marketing World and/or Content Moderation
- Content Design & Development Skills
- Experience in handling LMS activities
