Job Description:
- Plan and schedule mandatory product trainings for internal CS teams and external partners (onboarding, product launches, regulatory updates, etc.).
- Track and enforce training completion timelines for all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure 100% roll‑out of training plans across defined partner cohorts and internal teams.
Product Knowledge & Certification
- Build and maintain structured product‑knowledge modules (e.g., MIDASX‑style workflows, compliance, reporting, etc.).
- Own internal product knowledge assessments and certification programs for CS staff.
- Regularly update assessments after each product release or major feature update.
Product Adoption & Usage Impact
- Design and deliver role‑based training journeys (e.g., for new partners, on‑boarding, power‑users) that directly drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with analytics and CS leaders to compare product usage before and after training for each cohort.
- Work with marketing and product teams to highlight success stories and behavioral wins from trained users.
Training Experience & Feedback
- Measure and improve the training experience for both internal CS staff and external training participants.
- Standardize feedback collection (post‑session and monthly) and maintain a training CSAT baseline.
- Use feedback to refine content, delivery style, and training formats (live, recorded)
Content Freshness & Knowledge‑Base Management
- Ensure rapid update of training content after every product release, regulatory change, or UI modification.
- Monitor content usage metrics (views, downloads, search‑based usage) and optimize structure for discoverability.
