.Facilitate classroom sessions for products, processes, onboarding programs, and capability building interventions as per requirement.
.Design, update, and version-control training content- classroom and E - Learning (presentations, playbooks, facilitator guides, job aids, videos, assessments).
.Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and aligned to latest product/process changes (e.g., campaigns, policies, GST/Regulatory updates).
.Ensure updation of all digital platforms- Kompanion, KAIRA, KLAPP, Intranet with all Latest policies and products
.Handle employee training helpline calls via Skyserve within defined SLAs
.Travel onsite for classroom rollouts, audits/observations, and stakeholder connects.
.Partner with business/product/process/compliance teams for content sign-offs and release notes.
.Maintain version logs, training SOPs, and compliance documentation.
.Collaborate with the internal stakeholders for a thorough Training Need Analysis (TNA) to design and curation of effective, technology-enabled learning solutions and content
.Prepare and manage monthly training , maintain dashboards comprehensive training documentation, and oversee all associated administrative processes.
Job Requirements:
.Min 4-5 years of experience in Content/ Training with a good understanding of
banking and sales.
.Advanced Excel and Power point.
.Exposure to content creation, MIS/ reporting, classroom delivery will be an added advantage.
.Certification in Instructional Design/ Microsoft Excel/ Training Facilitation Course.
