Position Summary
The Training Manager will be responsible for planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives for non-teaching staff. The role aims to enhance behavioural competencies, professional effectiveness, service excellence, and operational efficiency through structured training interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the annual training calendar for non-teaching staff.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps.
- Design, develop, and customize training modules, learning materials, and interventions.
- Deliver engaging behavioural, soft skills, and workplace effectiveness training programs.
- Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to ensure successful training implementation.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and impact evaluation.
- Maintain training records, reports, and learning analytics.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the university.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate Degree (MBA-HR preferred).
- Certification in Training, Learning & Development, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in educational institutions, service industries, or large organizations.
