1. Training Delivery & Participation Management - Execute the regional training calendar in alignment with business capability requirements.
- Drive end-to-end responsibility for training participation including nominations, reminders, attendance tracking, and follow-ups with employees and reporting managers.
- Ensure eligible employees attend required functional training programs based on role, grade, and tenure.
- Coordinate with business heads to ensure improved participation in training programs across the region.
2. Internal Trainer Capability & Knowledge Sharing - Facilitate Sherpa Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen internal trainer capability within the region.
- Support trainers in delivering functional and behavioural sessions across identified capability areas.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and capability building through internal trainer networks.
3. Training Governance & MIS Management - Maintain digital records of training programs including attendance, feedback, training calendars, and program reports.
- Ensure training MIS trackers are updated regularly and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Support closure of audit queries related to training documentation within defined timelines.
4. Learning Program Delivery & Capability Development - Coordinate delivery of functional and behavioural learning programs covering areas such as customer communication, operational processes, digital tools, managerial effectiveness, and CRM systems.
- Support induction and refresher training programs including pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
- Monitor completion of mandatory compliance and functional learning modules across active employees
5. Business Engagement & Training Need Identification - Engage with business stakeholders including RSMs, ZSMs, NSMs, and Business Heads to identify capability gaps and training requirements.
- Conduct periodic training need assessments through stakeholder interactions and surveys.
- Align regional training calendars with business priorities and capability development needs.
6. Branch Engagement & Field Capability Support - Conduct branch visits across the region to assess training effectiveness and frontline capability gaps.
- Share branch visit observations and recommendations with business leadership.
- Support implementation of training interventions to strengthen frontline operational capability.
7. Training Effectiveness & Business Performance Impact - Track learning effectiveness through training feedback, assessments, and knowledge checks.
- Monitor post-training improvement in frontline business indicators such as sales productivity, collections efficiency, operational accuracy, and audit outcomes.
- Work with business stakeholders to improve frontline employee capability and operational performance through structured learning interventions.
