Primary Role & Responsibilities:
- Phishing testing
- CISO Dashboard integration
- behavioral metrics
- Training Metrics
- Development and creation of education & training plan, e-learning and targeted training
Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience of conducting phishing testing/phishing testing platforms.
- Data platforms including Tableau/Excel/PowerApps.
- Problem Solving
- Creating data visualizations, dashboards and reports.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Knowledge of Agile methods.
- Strong training content experience
- Stake holder management and engagement experience at senior level
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions
