Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic General Manager for out Training Team to lead our learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, support business objectives, and drive performance. This role will require working closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and external partners to create impactful learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • :Lead and manage a team of trainers, content managers, and LMS administrators
  • .Design and develop training programs tailored to both organisation and individual needs
  • .Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultations with business managers
  • .Oversee the delivery of training programs across various locations and teams
  • .Introduce and implement gamification strategies to improve learning engagement

Leadership & Talent Development

  • :Develop leadership training programs to nurture future leaders
  • .Implement mentorship programs to support employee growth and engagement
  • .Drive talent development initiatives to identify and groom high-potential employees
  • .Create career development pathways and training road maps

Process Improvement & Learning Technologies

  • :Implement AI-based and automation-driven learning management systems
  • .Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance training accessibility and effectiveness
  • .Ensure continuous improvements in training methodologies based on feedback and industry best practices

Performance Management & Compliance

  • :Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed
  • .Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements
  • .Track and analyse training impact on performance metrics
  • .Manage training budgets effectively while maintaining program quality

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • :Work closely with HR, Sales, Operations, and senior leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives
  • .Manage relationships with external training vendors when necessary
  • .Communicate training schedules, initiatives, and opportunities across all levels

Key Requirement

  • Educational Qualification: MBA Preffered
  • Experience: 10+ years in Training & Development, Sales Training, Field Sales
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS tools, MS Office
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skill.
