Training Executive – Centre for Human Resource Development (CHRD)

The Training Executive will support the administration, coordination, and data management of training and development initiatives for non-teaching staff, ensuring smooth execution of learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning events.
- Manage participant nominations, registrations, attendance, and training records.
- Communicate with participants and stakeholders regarding training schedules and logistics.
- Arrange training venues and ensure availability of audio-visual equipment and other resources.
- Generate training reports, maintain databases, and track training metrics using MS Excel.
- Assist in certificate preparation and issuance.
- Support training feedback collection and documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any dis
- cipline.
- MBA-HR preferred.
- Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Training Coordination, Administration, or related roles.
- Freshers with strong administrative and coordination skills may apply.
