Job Description:
TisyaStays is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Hospitality Trainer to elevate service standards across our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance guest experience, staff performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hospitality training modules for staff across departments
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions
- Monitor service quality and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction benchmarks
- Identify training needs and customize programs accordingly
- Mentor team members to improve professionalism and service delivery
Requirements:
- Mandatory background in hospitality (hotels, resorts, luxury stays, or similar)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in training or operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage teams
- Must be currently based in Goa
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in boutique/luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of guest experience management
- Leadership and team development capabilities
