Training Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Development Executive, based in Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing and delivering training programs, preparing and presenting materials, and evaluating the success of training initiatives. The role requires working closely with team members and leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

• Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and the ability to design and implement effective Training & Development programs.
• Strong Presentation Skills and the capability to deliver content in an engaging and impactful way.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Good Analytical Skills to assess training outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a training or development role is highly desirable.
• Experience in the textiles or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training programs and priorities.
