Responsibilities
- Training Needs Analysis: Identify maritime training needs through data analysis, safety evaluations, and stakeholder input.
- Training Schedule & Execution: Prepare annual training calendar and ensure high adherence to timelines.
- Tug Training / Maritime Codes / Certification Courses: Oversee maritime regulatory training and certification.
- Training Content Design & Delivery: Create and deliver training content aligned to industry standards.
- Feedback Collection & Reporting: Analyze training feedback and recommend improvements.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Build training capability and coach future leaders.
- Digital Mindset: Adopt digital, LMS and AI-driven tools to enhance training effectiveness.
- Team Development: Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in Technical Training / QHSE roles within maritime or logistics operations.
- Proven experience in managing organization-wide training programs and leading training teams.
Educational Background
Any Graduate, preferably from a Maritime background. Certifications in training delivery or instructional design are an advantage.

10+ years in technical training, maritime compliance, QHSE, or related fields with leadership exposure.
