Person only preferred who have present experience of super critical power plant operation must able to give Simulator training for Employee & GET'S
Person must be Competent to deliver for the sessions for 660 mw Simulator training, and in-depth interest classroom sessions of Tech training like Power plant operations and other as per their core discipline
Develop and execute comprehensive training plans based on Training Needs Identification (TNI) inputs from various departments.
Day to day management of all training related facilitation coordination etc.
Organize and On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Rotational On-the-Job Training (ROJT) schedules for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)
Collaborate with departmental experts and technical trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions.
Provide inputs for CAPEX and OPEX budgetary requirements, ensuring efficient utilization and reporting in SAP systems (PR, PO, NIS creation, and bill closing).
Compile and maintain MIS reports, data from various sites, and presentations for Head Office requirements.
Lead the digitization and automation of training processes, transitioning traditional materials to digital formats and implementing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
5–10 years of experience in power plant operation
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and content creation software.
Hands-on experience with SAP systems for budget preparation, utilization
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
