Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated full-time training coordinator/trainer to join our team at ETS India. As a Full-Time Training coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions.

Your expertise and guidance will play a vital role in helping trainers and test-takers develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in these assessments.

You would additionally be required to contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of TOEFL and GRE courses, materials, and related services, by actively working as a member of the training and content team; complete training-related administrative tasks to specified standards.

Role Context and Responsibilities:

ETS India plans to deliver approximately 80- 120 training hours per month. These are delivered online and offline in various locations across PAN India and South Asia.

• Conduct training sessions focusing on TOEFL iBT and GRE General test preparation.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using proven instructional methods and materials.
• Provide comprehensive instruction on the test structure, content, strategies, and techniques specific to the TOEFL iBT and GRE General tests.
• Assess trainers/students strengths, weaknesses, and learning needs to develop customized teaching/study plans.
• Guide and motivate trainers in their test instructional strategies, monitoring their progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Utilize a variety of resources, including official guides, practice tests, multimedia materials, and online platforms, to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and changes in the TOEFL iBT and GRE General tests to ensure accurate and relevant instruction.
• Collaborate with other trainers and educational professionals to share best practices and contribute to ongoing curriculum development.
• Maintain accurate records of training in terms of trainer attendance, performance, and evaluations.
• Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development activities to enhance training skills and knowledge.

Required Experience:

1. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (English, Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline).
2. High proficiency in English i.e. CEFR level of C2
3. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate training sessions, including evenings and weekends.
4. Flexibility to travel across India and South Asia.

Preferred:

1. Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for instructional purposes.
2. Knowledge of the TOEFL iBT and GRE General tests, including familiarity with test formats, scoring criteria, and content will be an advantage.
3. Prior experience in teaching or training, preferably in a test preparation setting or corporate setting, with a track record of successful outcomes.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis and compiling reports.
