Job Description

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual and quarterly training
calendars.
Coordinate structured induction programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.

Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards and statutory training requirements.
Manage BLS/ACLS certifications, fire & safety drills, and patient safety programs.
Administer Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training records.
Coordinate classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions across branches.
Collaborate with internal trainers and external vendors.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Standardise training materials across all centres.

Requirements

Graduate in HR / Healthcare Administration / Nursing / Business Administration or
related field.
46 years of experience in Training & Development.
Experience in multi-branch operations preferred.
Candidates with Hotel / Hospitality background will be given additional preference.
