Job Title: French Language Expert

Job Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

The French Language Expert is responsible for managing customer interactions in French and English, supporting learner profile creation, handling billing, processing orders, and working within an LMS to support delivery of training programs, events, and workshops. The role requires strong linguistic capability, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fastpaced, time-sensitive environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide French-speaking customers with accurate information regarding training courses, learning solutions, and product offerings.
  • Enroll French-speaking customersexternal, internal, domestic, and internationalinto open enrollment classes and training programs.
  • Secure billing information from customers, including purchase orders, contracts, credit cards, and WBS numbers, while following standard customer service policies.
  • Perform bulk completions for internal employees to ensure timely training credit updates.
  • Create and update external learner profiles in the LMS and ensure seamless access to courses and digital learning platforms.
  • Interact with customers to troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues, ranging from standard to moderately complex scenarios.
  • Process customer orders end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist French-speaking customers with technical support related to computer-based training, web-based learning, or multimedia modules.
  • Research and track order delivery status, preparing clear and appropriate responses for customer queries.
  • Prepare standard quotes for French-speaking customers and the sales team for open enrollment sessions and online course offerings.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and communication from French-speaking clients, ensuring high-quality service and support.

Experience and Skills Requirements

Language & Communication Skills

  • Native-level or advanced proficiency in French, with strong command of spoken and written communication.
  • Excellent English language skills to operate effectively in a bilingual/multilingual work environment.
  • Outgoing personality with strong abilities in speaking, organizing, listening, leadership, communication, and decision-making.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, CRM platforms, and LMS tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-centric.
  • Ability to work independently, remain flexible, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones and languages.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups.
